MBALULA DOES THE BOOTY HOP WHILE BEYONCE SINGS ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK

So I log on to my Facebook account about a few weeks ago and I find people raging and raving about the sports and recreation Minister Fikile “Razzmatazz” Mbalula.

Driven by curiosity I visit the oh so popular search engine Google to find out what the outrage was all about, and there it was, the minister’s killer statement “...now we’re going for Beyonce man, Beyonce!”.read more...

WANTED: RnB star Beyonce doing what she is known to do,perform.
Razzmatazz announced in an interview with a commercial radio station that he wants the international superstar to be the headline act at the second annual South African Sports Awards taking place later this year, clearly our local artists aren’t extravagant enough for him. I would’ve found it much more relevant to have David Beckham or Serena Williams at the awards rather than Beyonce.

Beyonce is set to make an appearance for a mere hour, there after she will be singing all the way to the bank with a balance of R17 million to her name. read more...  Can somebody please show me the gold medal in that scenario? Many of our sports teams are in need of financial support take the national mens hockey team for instance or under developed local communities. Don’t they deserve a share of the R17 million? By investing in such people, a Return on Investment would be guaranteed because the money would be shaping the future of South Africans for the better.

CHEESE BOY: "Razzmatazz" Mbalula lives an extravagant life.
Heaven knows how much was spent last year on RnB star Brandy Norwood, actress Vivica Fox and Regina King. My guess is that the entire event will have a total opposite effect than that it is intended to have.

A SPADE IS A SPADE! The minister is just simply fulfilling his personal interests and fantasies portrayed as national programmes at the expense of the state.

He should consider quitting his job as Mbalula the minister and become Razzmatazz the music promoter because clearly that’s where his interests lie, in music.

  1. Yes it is really unfair their are schools in Limpopo that are struggling to get school material yet the people in the government are will to spend millions on someone completely unnecessary. Why not uplift our local talent.

  2. this is one of the major contributing factors that make South African artists to be undremined by international acts because of what our ministers our doing, god for heaven sake can we give this money to a organisations such as the Premier soccer league who really need sponsors to come on board.

  4. What the government is doing is totally wrong but they want a spectacular performance and the only person they could think of was Beyonce. Now 17million is a lot of money for just an hour and this money can be used for something better but then again there's no stopping them.

  5. i also think the money could been used to pay for South African Artists because the amount they woul pay beyonce will be or more artist in South Arica to come peform o maybe it should b use to sponsor community spots in order to have more siphiwe,Amanda,Oscar Pistorius and many more

  7. The minister's invitation to Beyonce is unknown but te question also lies in the government as a whole, it seems as if it is approving on what is being done. The money should have definatelty been spent in schools or undeveloped areas in our country rather than at an RnB star who is more than capable of making this kind of money on her own concerts.

  9. I am sure Mbalula will re-consider the idea of bringing Beyonce to Mzansi, we cant just waste money to international stars yet the is a high unemployment rate that is growing each and every day.

  10. I strongly agree with that the money can be used for developing local communities than throwing the money away. If it was David Beckham I would understand that maybe he would want him to encourage the guys to become like him.

  11. ha ha ha-" The minister is just simply fulfilling his personal interests and fantasies portrayed as national programmes at the expense of the state", veery critical although I feel that he wants to bring publicity to our country he should rethink his Annual South African sports awards strategy. I mean if they are so south African then where are the South african Stars?

  12. there is seriously nothing wrong with bringing Beyonce to South Africaas long it is not the tax payer's money that is being used on any artists.

  13. You know it is very sad and dissapointing how money is being waisted for rather less important things like this one. We have our own talented artists why cant they be given this chance instead of giving people money which they already have. we must remember that we are a developing not a developed country.
